Thank you for supporting Ginger Root Apothecary. All of our herbal products are handcrafted with care using traditional herbal knowledge. Because these items are consumable, and for the safety and hygiene of all customers, all sales are final.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will review the concern and make it right when appropriate.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once packages are shipped, delivery timelines are managed by the carrier. Ginger Root Apothecary is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or incorrect addresses provided during checkout.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed, as we begin preparing your items promptly.

This one is beautifully short because refund policies for consumables are always simple: no returns, except damaged goods.
